HOW TO ORDER

How to order from Atelje Kreativ.

My Account

To be able to do your purshase you have to create an account here on Atelje Kreativ. Do this on page 'Create Account'. Or you can go to 'My account'
On your Account page you can check the status on your purshase, see your history, save your basket and even an wish list to send to your friends.

Create the order

Browse Atelje Kreativ site and put the items you want in your basket which you see on the right side.

Make sure the embroidery files is in proper size for your embroidery machine. If you do not find your format in the dropdown list and you are absolutley sure they size do fit you embroidery machine chose any other format you kan use. Hit the 'Add' button to put it in the basket.

To do the purchase choose "View basket" on your right side. Here you can do your changes to the basket and add an coupon (see picture) if you have one. When ready hit "Check out".

You can only pay through Paypal. Scroll down for more information.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

You can only pay through Paypal at this time.

Prices

TAX is includedin all prices. You see the price without TAX on the left side of the price. If you purschase inside EU you pay Swedish TAX, if you are located outside EU you will not pay TAX. If you own a company you have to add the corresponding information on your account.

PayPal

With PayPal you are safe and it's fast.

The best is if you have an account on PayPal but you can do the purchase without.

To do the purchase choose "View basket" on your right side, or. Here you can do your changes to the basket and add an coupon (see picture) if you have one. When ready hit "Check out". If not already logged in do this now. Choose "Pay with credit card using PayPal". Hit "Proceed". Add the required information and hit "Create the order". You will now be directed to PayPals site. Follow the instructions and when finished you will return to Atelje Kreativ.

Delivery

After your payment alow at least one day to let the order go through. If you have checked the box for e-mail update you will be notised when something happens on your account. If not you can check your account on Atelje Kreativ every now and then. I will dispatch your order as soon as possible.

The orders can be delivered i two ways. By download or by shipping. All embroideryfiles will be downloadable. If you purshase any lesson (Note: you need to be able to understand Swedish.) they can be either downloaded or shipped. Chose corresponding category on the left side (first chose Swedish language on the top left). Lessons will only be available for purshase if you chose Swedish language on the right side.

Shipping cost will be added on CD's.

COUPONS

Sometimes you can get some discount on your purshase, check on the SALE page. If you have joined the newsletter you will get even more discount.

I have a coupon code, where do I enter it?

To get your discount you need to enter your coupon code. There is a separate box for this. If you don't enter your code properly it may be difficult to fix it.

When you added your choices of embroidery files and click "View Basket", which you find on your right side, you see your basket:







Enter your code by either type in the code or copy and paste it in the box and then click "Add a coupon". Now your basket should look like this:

CANCEL

If you wish to cancel your order you need to do so before the file is on your account page for download.

Digital merchandise

You need to cancel your order before the files are added on your account page for download. Due to the digital nature they cant be refunded. Contact me as soon as possible.

CD's

You can cancel an order of CD if I have not sent it. Contact me as soon as possible.

COMPLAINT

Contact me for complaint.

CD's

If the CD is damage I will send you a new one. Contact me and send the CD back to me. Customer will pay the shipping back to Sweden.

Embroidery files

If the file is corrupt try download it again. If this does not help I send you a new by mail. Contact mee. Read more what Atelje Kreativ concider as corrupt file.

You need to create an account on Atelje Kreativ if you like to be able to purshase.

Do this on page 'Create Account'. Make sure to uppdate the information to asure the best service.

Change customer information

Change your information on page 'My account'. At the bottom you find a link to do the changes.

Your previous orders will be listed on page 'My account'. You can download yoru files here.

Forgot password

If you forgotten your password please go to 'My account' and fill in your e-mail address. Soon you will get an e-mail with your account information.

What happens if I lose my files?

If you for some reason lose your files you have purchased at Atelje Kreativ and still have the Invoice/receipt, contact me and I'll send you your files once again.
