What to check when you testing my designs

Here is a list what I like you to check when you do the tests of the designs. Sometimes you cannot check the entire list; every design is different from each other.

• Is the txt-file, the file that ends -color.jpg and an .edr file added?. E.g. ak0000.txt, ak0000-color.jpg and ak0000.edr
  
  
• Do the filenames have the same code like: ak0055.
  
  
• Are the colors in the txt-file in the same order as when the embroidery sews out? It shouldn't say 1147 (red) when it's the green gras.
  
  
• Does the area overlap well, too much or do they have gaps?
  
  
• Is the contour outside, inside or on the spot? Know that it's impossible to do a design that will work in all machines. If the contour is no more than 1mm wrong I will not fix it. If it's more than that let me know. Sometimes the contour is a thin satin, check it's not over to one fill and the fill shows on the other side.
  
  Contours are special and it depends very much on how you tighten your hoop, if the fabric is lose in the hoop, which fabric you use and much more. Please test the design once more on same fabric and one time on some other to compare. If the error still is showing you noify me.
  
  
• When the embroidery is done check it's not bullet-proof. I try not doing that but sometimes it inevitable so it's the feeling of the whole embroidery that should feel smooth.
  
  
• When there is some text I need you to check there is no tiny, tiny stitches as underlay. They should be like outline stitches.
  
  
• Look for everything that seems strange. Is there something under instead of on top? Sometimes it may happen some strange things that I can't predict here. Therefore you should watch the stitch out the whole time so you see what's happening underneath as well.
  
  

When you are finished and want to report please add the designs name and which format you use. If there is an error in the embroidery try to explain where the error is. If it's difficult to describe and if the outline is wrong I need a picture. Either scan the embroidery or take a picture of it and send me. If you can't send me pictures please describe as well as possible what's wrong.

It's nice to hear about good designs to.

If there were errors I will correct them and send you a new file to test, if you like.
